Interning at Reach Records
My sophomore year of college, I became a a Marketing Intern at Reach Records in Atlanta, Georgia, working in the physical and digital marketing field. With this title, I was responsible for assisting the Marketing department with Snapchat, Instagram, and digital e-mail promotion campaigns for the music artists Lecrae, KB, Aha Gazelle, and Tedashii (pictured at the right)

I also had the opportunity to assist the Marketing department in digital media campaigns for albums (left).

Myself and other interns produced a merchandising campaign that was released across digital media platforms such as e-mail mass marketing and the Snapchat application (right). I was also able to star in this campaign.

My senior year of college, my career in digital media and communications continued to grow, when I accepted a position as Web Content Writer for the internet technology service, ©UNATION. In this role, I generated posts through the digital blogging software, WordPress, and began to write and edit public posts. We focus on informing the public about events and fun things to do in different cities across the United States. I love this position, and I enjoyed advocating and educating viewers and readers about the world around them on a digital platform. Since this position, I have created over 100 blogs, with 40 being published on the company's website.

Fellowship with WELL™ Health | Current
Following the completion of my undergraduate degree at Point Park University, I became a Public Relations Communications Fellow at WELL™ Health. WELL™ is a healthcare communications company based in Santa Barbara, and specializes in creating efficient patient-to-provider communication. As a Fellow during the pandemic, I assisted the Communications team in blogs about the company's COVID Vaccine Deployment Program, collecting media analytics for website traffic, and began the strategy and account of WELL's Instagram page to showcase the company's culture and attract new hires. This includes work in Asana, Confluence, Google Drive, Excel, WordPress, and more.

Communications Internship with Electronic Transactions Association | Current
Along with my position at WELL and UNATION, I secured a position at Electronic Transactions Association as an External Affairs Intern. Based in Washington, D.C., the company represents companies like Apple and Discover to the government. They also educate these companies about the payments industry. As an intern, I assist the company with communications tasks in Asana, Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint), and more. Most notably, I created and handled the project management brief and social media project for ETA's Young Payments Professionals Scholar Program. ​
